1. Coverage and Carriers
We work with logistics carriers such as Olva, Línea, Shalom, Marvisur and Chan Chan. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination area.

2. Delivery Times
- Chiclayo: within 24 hours.
- Other cities: between 2 and 3 business days.
- Remote provinces: between 3 and 5 business days, subject to the carrier's coverage.
Delivery times are counted from payment confirmation.
3. Store Pickup
You can pick up your order at Av. Víctor Raúl #435, Chiclayo. We will notify you on WhatsApp when it is ready. [To be confirmed: pickup hours.]
4. Minimum Order
The minimum order in the online store is 6 units.
5. Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are only delivered to persons aged 18 or older who present their identity document. If there is no adult to receive the order, the delivery will be rescheduled. [To be confirmed: what happens if the delivery cannot be completed and whether there is a charge.]
