A well-stored cream cocktail keeps its texture, aroma and flavor from the first pour to the last. Here are the guidelines we follow at Piccoli, and the ones we recommend at home.
Before opening
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place at no more than 25 °C. If you buy by the case, keep it on pallets or shelves, never directly on the floor.
Once opened
Cream cocktails and liqueurs should be kept refrigerated once opened. Honey and algarrobina extract (a Peruvian carob syrup), on the other hand, can be stored at room temperature.
How long do they last?
Our products last 8 months from the bottling date, which you'll find listed with the lot number on each bottle.
When it's time to serve
Enjoy them chilled or at room temperature, bringing out their aroma and flavor in every glass. They're also great on their own over ice, in coffee, drizzled over desserts or blended into shakes.
